• Chat messages — the conversations you have within the app
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration, and device information
• Payment information — transaction records for pass purchases (we do not store card details)

How we use it

• To provide and personalize the chat experience
• To authenticate your account
• To process payments
• To improve the product through analytics
• To communicate with you about your account

Third-party services

We use third-party services for authentication, messaging delivery, payment processing, and analytics. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Chat messages are processed and stored to maintain conversation continuity. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Age requirement

ourvibe is only available to users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
