Passes

ourvibe offers daily and weekly passes that provide access to chat with companions. Once a pass is activated, access is granted immediately.

Refunds

Because passes grant instant access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for activated passes.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a pass you've purchased — such as a service outage during your pass validity period — please contact us and we'll make it right.

Payment issues

If you were charged but your pass was not activated, or if you see a duplicate charge, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue, including issuing a full refund if appropriate.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@ourvibe.app with:

  • Your phone number (used to sign in)
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 48 hours.
